From property owners (you):

• Property data: descriptions, photos, prices, amenities, location — everything you enter in the admin panel

• Domain data: hostname, DNS verification status
• Usage data: login timestamps, admin panel actions

From your guests (via your website):

• Booking request data: name, phone, email, message, dates, unit — entered by the guest on your public site

Booking requests submitted via your public website contain your guests’ personal data (name, phone, email). As the property owner, you are the data controller for this data. BookingHub.am acts as a data processor on your behalf.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Infrastructure providers (Supabase / hosting) — for platform operation
