Frequently asked questions
What is BookingHub?
BookingHub gives your guesthouse or hotel its own booking website on your own domain. Guests send booking requests directly to you — no middleman, no commission on bookings.
How much does it cost?
Signup is free and needs no card. Choose a 1, 6, or 12-month plan and your first month is on us — a flat subscription in AMD, with no commission on bookings. When the month is up we send you our bank details and a payment reference; your paid period is added on top of the days you already have. Prices will be listed on this page at launch.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes. Signup needs no card and nothing is ever charged automatically — there is no card on file. If you decide BookingHub isn't for you, simply don't pay for the next period and your site comes down at the end of the one you have. Paid within the last 14 days and changed your mind? Write to us and we'll refund it in full.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You fill in photos, rooms, and prices through a simple admin panel, and we offer free 1:1 onboarding if you would like a human to set things up with you.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes — for going live your website needs a domain (e.g. myhotel.am), and we guide you through connecting it. You can build and preview your site before connecting one. See our guides for name.am and GoDaddy.
How do guests pay?
There is no online payment at booking. Guests send a request, you confirm directly and agree payment with the guest — cash, transfer, or whatever works for you both.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period using the card on file. If you cancel, your site stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then pauses. Your data stays safe and you can reactivate any time.
